Service Description
Protective braid and natural styling services designed specifically for children’s hair. Each style is installed with gentle tension, clean parting, and a focus on comfort, scalp health, and long-lasting wear. Styles are customized based on hair density, length, and age to ensure a neat, age-appropriate finish. Includes: Knotless braids Feed-in braids Natural braids or twists Braided ponytails Crochet styles ⚠️ Important: Hair must be clean, detangled, and ready for styling prior to appointment, or a wash & detangle add-on must be selected. 💡 Optional Add-Ons: Beads or accessories Curls Wash & detangle Extra length (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY All appointments must be booked online through the BXJ booking system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Please ensure all booking details are accurate, including selected service, availability, and contact information. Final pricing may vary based on hair density, length, and desired size. Adjustments will be confirmed prior to your appointment. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not guaranteed and must be approved. DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your total service cost. Appointments without a deposit will not be approved. Deposits are: ~Non-refundable ~Non-transferable ~Required to secure your appointment time * Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment.* RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Clients are allowed one reschedule per deposit. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in deposit forfeiture. To reschedule, please use the confirmation email or contact directly. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to show will result in a forfeited deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to show will result in 50% total service cost. Cancellations made within 12 hours or failure to show will incur 100% total service cost.. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions. LATE POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted depending on the remaining time available. Late arrivals may result in a shortened/rescheduled service or additional fees. WAITLIST POLICY Clients may join the waitlist for fully booked dates. If an appointment becomes available, you will be contacted in the order requests were received. Availability is not guaranteed, and immediate response is required to secure the opening.
