At BXJ Braid Studio, our Loc Repair Service is designed to restore and reinforce individual locs that may have weakened, unraveled, or thinned over time. Our skilled stylists use professional techniques to carefully rebuild, reattach, or reinforce your locs—ensuring each repair blends seamlessly with the rest of your crown. Whether it’s one loc or several, we provide detailed, precise care so your hair looks and feels complete again. CANCELLATION POLICY - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $25. - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $25 fee. RESCHEDULING POLICY - Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a fee. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $25. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened to ensure timely service for other clients. - In extreme cases, late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment and a $25 fee. NO-SHOW POLICY - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $50 fee. - Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
