CANCELLATION POLICY - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $25. - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $25 fee. RESCHEDULING POLICY - Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a fee. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of $25. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY - If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened to ensure timely service for other clients. - In extreme cases, late arrival may result in cancellation of the appointment and a $25 fee. NO-SHOW POLICY - Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $50 fee. - Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
