BXJ Braid Studio Policies ~Appointment Requests All appointments begin as requests and require BXJ Braid Studio approval before confirmation. After submitting your request: BXJ reviews your service, availability, and appointment details. Approved requests receive confirmation instructions. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. ~Card Authorization & Payment A valid card is required on file for approved appointments. Your card is used to: • Secure your appointment • Apply cancellation/no-show fees when applicable Your card will not be charged when requesting an appointment. Payment options become available after approval. ~Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 24+ hours notice: No fee Less than 24 hours: 50% service fee Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% service fee Fees will be charged to the card on file. ~Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. Late requests may be subject to applicable fees. ~Service Selection & Preparation Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and arriving prepared according to appointment instructions. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services due to inappropriate behavior, repeated cancellations, policy violations, or unsafe conditions.
